My frames got here exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. The tracking was easy to follow and there wasn’t any hassle. if deliveries started getting unreliable I’d probably shop somewhere else, but this time everything went smoothly.

I had a good experience with Frames Direct. The site was simple to use, and I found the frames I wanted quickly. Shipping took about as long as they said it would, and everything showed up nicely packed. The glasses fit well, and the price was better than what my local store was charging. i was expecting the process to be more complicated, but that worry was unnecessary. No major issues at all, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I had to return a pair of frames because they just didn’t fit my face right. I don’t have a lot of patience for complicated return stuff, so I was ready to be annoyed, but it was actually really easy. "Great frame selection, finally"
I was trying to find a specific style of frames and didn’t have the patience to keep bouncing around local stores with barely any options. FramesDirect had way more to choose from, with lots of brands, colors, and sizes, so it was much easier to compare everything in one place. I actually found a pair I liked without feeling like I was just settling. The site was easy to use too, which I appreciated because I get annoyed fast when shopping online is a hassle. I’d use them again.

The glasses showed up in great shape, with no scratches and the case wasn’t bent or anything. The packaging felt secure, so I’d say it did its job. The box was maybe 20–30% bigger than it needed to be, but everything arrived safe, so I can’t complain too much...

I got my glasses from framesdirect and the prescription feels spot on. No weird blur, no headaches, and I didn’t really need any adjustment time. They did take a few days to show up, which was a little annoying, and if that gets worse next time I’d probably think about ordering somewhere else. But the lenses are right, so overall I’m happy.

I ordered my frames thinking they’d probably take over a week to get here, and I almost forgot to keep checking because I’ve been so busy with work. But they showed up in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was easy to follow too, even for me when I’m rushing around and not paying much attention. "Sturdy frames, but kind of snug"
I actually like these frames a lot, even though they annoyed me at first. They feel really sturdy and well made, but they were a little tight for the first few days. Weirdly, once I got used to them, I barely noticed it anymore. So I’d say they’re comfortable, but also not immediately comfortable, if that makes sense

I ended up ordering my glasses from FramesDirect after I came across a promo code, and I’m glad I gave it a shot. I was a little nervous ordering frames online tbh, but the sizing ended up being spot on. I compared the measurements to my old pair and they matched up really well. They fit my face right out of the box with no wierd tight spots or anything. Happy the size info was actually accurate.
